Healthy Families Right From The Start 8 week course (for parents and carers with children aged between 0-5years creche service available).

The project focuses on parents as the key agents for change for young children to promote healthy physical development. This is an innovative and effective 8-week family programme which focuses on parenting, family lifestyle habits, nutrition, physical activity and emotional well-being. 

The HENRY approach is supporting behaviour change which helps parents gain confidence, knowledge and skills they need to help the whole family adopt a healthier, happier lifestyle and to give their children a great start in life.
