Our Perinatal Pathway is a supportive group for parents and carers with babies under 12 months. The sessions provide a chance to meet other parents, share experiences, and access extra support during your baby's first year. 

Each programme is shaped by the families who attend, meaning sessions can be tailored to your interests and needs. Activities may include baby massage, sling support, play and bonding activities, wellbeing topics, and practical information to support you and your baby.
