Head of People and Programmes

Scott joined PEEK in early 2020, bringing a passion for outdoor learning and youth development. With a degree in Outdoor Education, he started out delivering personal and social development courses with the charity Fairbridge before moving into senior roles there and at The Prince’s Trust (now The King’s Trust).

He loves seeing young people grow, learn, and achieve their full potential. At PEEK, Scott supports the team and management while helping develop programmes that make a real impact.
