Development and Fundraising Manager

Karlyn joined PEEK in 2024 as our Development and Fundraising Manager, bringing over a decade of experience in the third sector. She has worked across cancer care, hospice care, and animal welfare, leading fundraising, marketing, and communications teams to deliver everything from social campaigns to gala balls and long-term partnerships.

With a BA (Hons) in Psychology, Karlyn is passionate about connecting people to causes that matter. At PEEK, she works with our community, businesses, and funders to build relationships, generate income, and spread the word about our amazing work.
